Reinstating the General Obligation to Attend Mass
As of June 5, Catholics are obliged to attend Mass on Sundays and Holy Days of Obligation. The church is open to 100% capacity. Social distancing is no longer required. The sign of peace will still be without contact and communion will be received on the hand.  If you have been vaccinated you are not required to wear a mask.

A partir del 5 de junio, los católicos están obligados a asistir a misa los domingos y días de precepto. La iglesia está abierta al 100% de su capacidad. El distanciamiento social ya no es necesario. El signo de la paz seguirá sin contacto y la comunión se recibirá en la mano. Si ha sido vacunado, no es necesario que use una máscara.

As parents, our most important task is to guide our children toward Heaven. The Office of Faith Formation is here to support you in that task by providing quality religious instruction and opportunities for spiritual growth.

Due to current circumstances regarding Covid-19, our 2021-2022 program may continue virtually on Sunday, but we prayerfully hope to meet again in-person.  Please register early to indicate your intended participation this fall. We will notify you with additional information about program details as soon as we can.
All students must be registered each year.  A fee schedule is published annually, and an early registration discount is given to those who register and pay by May 1



EARLY REGISTRATION – by June 20, 2021 (discounted):
1 Child – $90;
2 Children – $160;
3 Children – $160 (For more than 3 call the office)

REGULAR REGISTRATION – from June 21 – August 31, 2021:
1 Child – $100;
2 Children – $200;
3 Children – $200 (For more than 3 call the office)

The donations collected for the Annual Appeal go to Forming priests for the future and supporting retired priests (30%), Proclaiming the Gospel (11%), Caring for the poor & vulnerable (39%) and Passing on the Faith (20%). The Cardinal Archbishop’s goal this year is 9 million dollars.  If you would like to make a contribution to this most worthy fund raiser please go to and make a pledge.  Please remember to designate Holy Trinity Church, Hackensack as your parish (#096).
